Founder | Romania Pajura Albă SRL, the current license holder for Radio Chișinău station, was founded on April 4, 2008. A month later, in May 2008, it obtained a broadcasting license for a radio station called Radio 10. The study also mentions that Vlad Cubreacov, at that time vice-president of PPCD, participated in the launch of Radio 10 on December 1, 2008.
