The Romanian Radio Broadcasting Society is owned by the Romanian state and manages, besides Radio Chișinău, several national and regional radio stations in Romania, including Radio România Actualități, Radio România Cultural, Radio România Muzical, Radio România Internațional, Radio Antena Satelor. Additionally, the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Society owns local studios in major Romanian cities, as well as the RADOR news agency.

In Moldova the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Society operates through a limited liability company Pajura Albǎ srl. Pajura Albă SRL, the current license holder for Radio Chișinău station, was founded on April 4, 2008. A month later, in May 2008, it obtained a broadcasting license for a radio station called Radio 10. According to the study "Evaluation of the media situation in the Republic of Moldova - is free and fair coverage of the 2009 parliamentary election campaign possible?", published in November 2008 and conducted by the Independent Journalism Center and the Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections, Radio 10, owned by Pajura Albă SRL, was part of the media holding connected to the Christian Democratic People's Party (PPCD), then led by Iurie Roșca. The study also mentions that Vlad Cubreacov, at that time vice-president of PPCD, participated in the launch of Radio 10 on December 1, 2008.

On November 11, 2011, following a request from Pajura Albă SRL, the Audiovisual Coordinating Council of the Republic of Moldova approved changing the name of "Radio 10" to "Radio Chișinău" - a station that officially launched on December 1, 2011.

Currently, Pajura Albă SRL is owned by Pajura Albă Media Joint Stock Company, which in turn is owned by the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Society (99%) and the "Romanian Culture and Book Center" NGO (1%).

The Romanian Radio Broadcasting Society is owned by the Romanian state and manages several national and regional radio stations in Romania.
