The Periodical Publication Revista Economică Logos-Pres SA was founded in 1992 by the economist Serghei Mișin. The company publishes the newspaper Economicescoe Obozrenie Logos-Pres, considered the oldest newspaper with an economic profile on the media market in the Republic of Moldova. The company publishes the newspaper in Russian. In August 2024, the joint-stock company that owns the newspaper changed its owner, being taken over by SRL Cașalot (Baciu Family) from Alexandru Tanas, the former owner, who, in turn, bought the company in 2016 from Serghei Mișin.

    Serghei Mișin (born 1958) is an economist and founded the newspaper Economicescoe Obozrenie "Logos-Pres" in 1990, and later, in 2016, he sold it for about 2 million lei to Alexandru Tanas. Mișin was twice designated by the Center for Independent Journalism from Moldova as the best press manager of the year, in 1998 and in 2008.

    In 1998 he was also a party member. In that year, he ran for the position of deputy in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova from the Electoral Bloc "For a Democratic and Prosperous Moldova", ranking 64th on the list. The leaders of the Bloc were the politicians Dumitru Diacov, Ion Sturza or Valeriu Muravschi.
