Maria Covalenco is the sole beneficiary and general director of Radio Plai. "She is the heart of Radio Plai! She is also the sole owner and administrator of SC Carisma-M SRL, which manages the SanMari restaurant in Chișinău. The restaurant, which also serves as an event venue, is located in the immediate vicinity of Radio Plai's headquarters, situated in a building constructed by Interactiv SA, a company belonging to Maria Covalenco's former husband – Alexandru. Maria Covalenco also appears as the founder of Marilu-Med SRL, which, according to available public information, currently has no economic activity.
