Ludmila Furculiță is the wife of Corneliu Furculiță, a Member of Parliament from the Socialist Party of Moldova (PSRM). They have been married since 1992 and have two daughters, Cornelia and Andreea. She is a discreet presence in Moldovan public life. 

She runs the PP company "Exclusiv Media" and the TV channel "Exclusiv TV". She is also the owner of the company "Poliactiv" LLC, which owns PP "Exclusiv Media", and the manager of "Exclusiv Sales House", which owns the advertising house of the same name. 

According to the information provided by the administration of PP "Exclusiv Media" SRL, Ludmila Furculiță (1973) was born in the town of Fălești. Between 1998 and June 2019, she worked in the private sector as a marketer, economist and financial director. She holds a degree in economics from the Academy of Economic Studies.

    Corneliu Furculiță is Ludmila Furculiță’s husband and a member of PSRM since 2011. He was previously the leader of the PSRM faction in the Moldovan Parliament and became a member of the Legislature in 2014. Corneliu Furculiță is originally from the same village, Sadova, as PSRM President Igor Dodon. Until 2022 he was the beneficiary of NTV Moldova and Exclusiv TV.

    Cornelia Furculiță  is the daughter of Ludmila Furculiță. She studied and works abroad. In 2018 she was the owner of the land on which the Furculiță family house was built in Chișinău. Igor Dodon and Corneliu Furculiță are originally from the same village, Sadova in Călărași district. Igor Dodon is the President of the Party of Socialists of Moldova and former President of Moldova from 2016 to 2020. Galina Dodon is the financial director of PP Exclusiv Media, which is formally owned by Ludmila Furculiță. In 2013, the Furculiță couple bought an apartment in Chișinău from the Dodon family.
