SFC MEDIA Limited Liability Company was registered in Moldova in 2021 and operates two TV stations - ONE TV and Star TV. The company is currently 100% owned by Dan Pascari. Initially, he also worked as the manager of the channel, but later Ana Butnariuc took over that role.
In 2022, SFC MEDIA SRL, together with Mi Pharma 2022 SRL, founded MY TV SRL, a company specialising in the production of films, videos and television programmes. The company is managed by Adrian Coropceanu, who has spent the last ten years at General Media Group SRL, the company that oversees the media empire of oligarch Vlad Plahotniuc, first as production director and later as technical director.
