PP Unghiul
Founded in 2000 by Nicolae Sanduleac, "Unghiul" SRL is a publisher of the local newspaper of the same name. Sanduleac died in June 2020. He was regarded as one of the best press managers in the Republic of Moldova, having received multiple awards as the top manager of API member newspapers.
Under his leadership, "Unghiul" became the market leader in the region, boasting the largest circulation among local press outlets in Moldova.
As of August 2024, the owner of the company is Galina Bînzaru. The website refers to her also as the founder of the publication.
The company also publishes the website unghiul.com where news, analyses, investigations, reports and interviews are published in text or video format.
