Iusivmedia SRL is the company that owns the Gagauzinfo.md website.

The company was founded in 2008 and ‘on paper’ owned and managed by Iulia Spatarenco (Cilcic). However, several journalistic investigations have indicated that the actual beneficiary is politician Irina Vlah, who served as the Bascan of the Gagauzia autonomous region from 2015 to 2023 for two consecutive terms.

In the October 20, 2024 presidential election of the Republic of Moldova, Vlah ran for president and received 5.38% of the votes.

Reports have suggested that Iulia Spatarenco has a close connection to Irina Vlah; Spatarenco was the treasurer for Vlah's electoral campaign during the 2019 elections for the position of Bascan. Additionally, Iulia Spatarenco's mother, Elena Spatarenco, has been listed as one of the donors to Vlah's electoral campaign since 2019. An investigation by the Nokta.md portal revealed that Irina Vlah was Iulia Spatarenco's wedding godmother.

Iusivmedia SRL also held the broadcasting license for a radio station, Radio Sud. The station launched in December 2020 but later surrendered its broadcast license. In August 2022, the Audiovisual Council approved Iusivmedia SRL's request to withdraw its license for Radio Sud. Additionally, Iusivmedia SRL manages the website vfokuse.md, which is no longer updated with news.

Journalistic investigations have also revealed that Iusivmedia SRL received funds from the budget of the Gagauzia autonomy, including payments for live broadcasting services and subsidies from the support fund for entrepreneurs.
