Interact Media LLC was established in 2010 by Tudor Darie (9%), Dumitru Ciorici (9%), Vasile Galușca (9%), and Sergiu Galușca (3%), with New Media Grup holding 70% of the share capital. New Media Grup, founded in 2008 by the same business partners, aimed to become a leader in Internet media, launching the online advertising agency AdCenter as its first venture. Throughout the years, Interact Media developed three major platforms: UNIMEDIA.info, EA.md, and AGORA.md. In April 2021, Interact Media LLC sold the ea.md platform to Seolitte, a digital marketing and services company.

The company underwent several organizational restructurings over time. From an initial structure where editorial staff made up 90% of employees, the company evolved to encompass four strategic departments: Editorial, Multimedia Production, Sales, and Strategic Development & Projects. In November 2021, ownership changed when Vasile and Sergiu Galușca acquired all shares held by Tudor Darie and Dumitru Ciorici, becoming majority shareholders. Additionally, key management figures - editor-in-chief Victoria Dumbravă (Amarandei) and company director Irina Ghelbur - became associates, each acquiring a 10% stake in the share capital. In 2023, Interact Media LLC established an Operational Board comprising associates Vasile Galușca, Irina Ghelbur, Victoria Amarandei, editor-in-chief Anastasia Antoceanu, and a community member.
