SC Miraza LLC owns Unimedia.info and was registered in 2001 in Ungheni.
Initially, the company was publishing the regional newspaper Expresul, distributed in the districts of Ungheni, Călărași, and Nisporeni. At the beginning of 2015, Miraza LLC purchased the Unimedia.info portal from Interact Media LLC. At that time, the company was owned by journalist Cristian Jardan.
In 2019, Miraza LLC was acquired by journalist Olesea Banari, who also became the editor-in-chief of the Unimedia portal.
The company also owns the website shok.md.
