SC Miraza LLC  owns Unimedia.info and was registered in 2001 in Ungheni.

Initially, the company  was publishing the regional newspaper Expresul, distributed in the districts of Ungheni, Călărași, and Nisporeni. At the beginning of 2015, Miraza LLC  purchased the Unimedia.info portal from Interact Media LLC. At that time, the company was owned by journalist Cristian Jardan.

In 2019, Miraza LLC was acquired by journalist Olesea Banari, who also became the editor-in-chief of the Unimedia portal.

The company also owns the website shok.md.

    Cristian Jardan has worked on several platforms in the Moldovan Media sector over the course of 15 years. His career began at Pro TV Chișinău, later continuing at MediaProduction and General Media Group (Prime TV, Channel 2 and Channel 3).

    From 2015, he owned and managed UNIMEDIA.INFO for five years. In 2020-2021, he worked as social media manager and editor-in-chief at zdg.md, the online platform of Ziarul de Gardă.

    In 2021, he founded replicamedia.md and the non-profit organisation AO Replica Media. From 2021 to 2023, he was a member of the Supervisory and Development Council of the IP company "Teleradio-Moldova".

    Since February 2023 he works as a political advisor in the cabinet of Prime Minister Dorin Recean.
