News Maker
The company that runs the Newsmaker.md portal, News Maker LLC, was founded by journalist Vladimir Soloviov in August 2014. The company changed ownership in 2022. The change of partners took place through a sale and purchase agreement concluded on May 27, 2022. 50% of the share capital went to the portal's executive director Olga Cenușă, also the managing director of the LLC. 24% and 26% of the share capital was distributed between the deputy editor-in-chief and the then editor-in-chief Olga Gnatkova and Galina Vasilieva, respectively.
