A.G. BROADCASTING
A.G. Broadcasting LLC was established in 1997 as the Moldovan-Romanian Joint Commercial Company RADIO CONTACT LLC, to obtain the licence for the Moldovan branch of the Romanian Radio Contact station. In 2008, the company changed its name to Enterprise with Foreign Capital SBS Broadcasting LLC. Six years later, it became A.G. Broadcasting LLC. These changes were made due to ownership transactions in Bucharest. In 2005, the founding company was sold to SBS Broadcasting Corporation and renamed to SBS Broadcasting Media LLC. In 2014, following Kiss FM's acquisition by Greece's Antenna Group, the Romanian company was renamed to P7S1 Radio Holding LLC, and in 2016 became A.G. Radio Holding LLC.
